Artwork reaching the edge extends beyond the trim line to accommodate cutting variation. Confirm the required amount with the printer. Bleed is separate from the safe margin for text.

Paper bulk
Bulk describes paper volume relative to mass. Approximate sheet caliper in millimetres is grammage × bulk / 1000. Use confirmed caliper of the actual stock for a production cover.

Overprint retains underlying inks instead of knocking them out. Incorrect overprint, especially on a white object, can make content disappear. Inspect separations and follow production instructions.

PPI describes image pixels per inch at output size. DPI describes output device dots. They are not interchangeable; calculate image dimensions from PPI and physical size.
